Fits my boat

Choose the right size

We’re confident we are a great fit, but before it’s important to if the system fit’s your transom.

  1. Bigger is always better, and too small interceptors will not be able to give you that perfect experience. That’s why we kept the size price difference to a minimal.
  2. We have adaptable chine versions. They don’t cost more than their non-chine sizes.
  3. Interceptors should be mounted as far out on the transom as possible for maximal auto list and roll stabilization performance.

SIZE GUIDE

Depending on how large and heavy your boat is, where its center of gravity is positioned and the top speed of your boat, there are different sizes of interceptors to choose from. A light boat may not need the interceptor to correct much trim and the power-trim of an outboard motor or stern drive also helps control trim. A boat with a high top speed typically has its center of gravity further back to reach the top speed, meaning that the boat may need more lift in the stern to get over the hump. The same goes if the boat is heavy or doesn’t reach planning as easy. Contact your Humphree representative to discuss and assess your needs.
